Excellent service
We had Mike from protec come into our house to confirm that we had bed bugs. He came by same day I called and was very thorough and explained everything that would need to be done before they could come in to exterminate. I was given his number to call if I had any questions during prep, which I called numerous times and he was very professional. Kent came into our home to vacuum, steam, and spray. It has been two months since they came and as far as I can tell we are bed bug free. I'd definitely recommend this company to others.

Excellent Customer Service
Kent is the service provider for ProTec. He came out to our home last summer to remove bees from our hot tub. He came back for free under warranty when we saw that they had come back. This summer we found ourselves battling the infamous bed bugs. Because Kent had done service for us previously, he found time in his busy schedule to come deal with this issue for us. We own two properties which both needed treatments and he took care of both within a week. We have two very young children and to calm my fears, he placed a mechanical monitor device in my baby's room to ensure the bugs were gone. Kent was always happy to answer the questions of a paranoid mother (at least he pretended to be). It has been a good experience dealing with this company.
